Piling Works
We install Piles ranging in diameter from 80mm to 400mm on open sites and in areas with restricted access. Applications include new build structures, extensions, subsidence repair work and upgrades to existing foundations and slabs.
For varying ground conditions piles may be driven cased, pre-cast concrete, augered or drilled and in particularly difficult conditions we can work with continuous flight augers (CFA), Duplex or Odex piles.

 Ground Works
In circumstances where you would expect conventional foundations to extend to 1.5m or deeper, we can usually provide a less disruptive and substantially less expensive solution.
Using Piled reinforced concrete ground/ring beams, pile caps, slabs and rafts we will leave the site constructed upto DPC level, ready for brick or block work.
Engineering design plays an important role in this type of foundation and you can be sure that you will be building on the best.
Geotechnical Capabilities
Site Investigation works include trial pits, boreholes, window sampling and dynamic probing. These services are complimented by factual and interpretive reports with clear recommendations with regards to any relevant aspects, including foundation design.
Pressure Grouting Systems are used to fill voids leading to increased strength, reduced soil compression and stabilisation of structures and slabs.
Deep Drilling and Grouting is ideal for stabilisation of mine workings and large voids.
Fissure and Shaft Capping works, usually associated with former mining activity or natural causes are treated with a range of specialist techniques.
